• Sonakhan Dispensary, Sonakhan, Dist-sundergargh.
• Health Center, Sevadham, Rengalbeda, Dist-Deogarh.
• Health Center, Jada, Dist-Sundergarh.
• Health Center, Murja, Dist.-Koraput.
• Mobile Health Center, Jamuder, Dist-Sundergarh

Education:

Chhatrabash :A Chatrabas is functioning at Rushikula Sevashram, Kuntara in the district of Sambalpur with 40 students.

Bal Kalyan Ashram:

There are two Balkalyan Ashrams are functioning at:

1. Seva Dham, Rengal-Beda, Deogargh under “Sevadham Charitable Trust.”

2. Balkalyan Ashram, Budel Bahal under “Sriram Jyoti Sewashram” Trust. 

Goshala:

There are two Gosalas are running in this Prant

1. Goshala attached to Sevadham

2. Goshala attached to Budel Bahal Balkalyan Ashram
  

Vocational training:  

(i) To setup /Assist training centers for imparting vocational training for skill  up gradation in order to create opportunity for self-employment specifically for  Women.

(ii) To create linkage with financing agencies for supporting the self-Employment Projects.
